President’s Remark

Daegu Oriental Medicine University celebrated its 63rd anniversary this year. Based on the educational history of the past 63 years, our university will practice education to create a new 100 years.

Our university aims to play a leading role in the era of the 4th industrial revolution by fostering human resources that lead the regional, national, and global era. Today's universities demand a new paradigm of university education that requires change and innovation. Our university has dramatically improved the quality of education through continuous innovation education. These efforts have recently been recognized as an excellent university education practice institution for their outstanding achievements in the government's financial support projects.

The university received 10 honorary awards from the Ministry of Education, including LINC3.0, PILOT, PRIME, CORE, CK, LiFE, K-MOOC Campus, High School Education, and International Finance.

In addition, the Field Practical Skills Education (OLE), DNeA linking subjects and comparisons, and Quadruple Helix education programs, a quadruple innovative education, represent our university's specialized talent training system. Based on these achievements and educational programs, our university will do its part to expand its regional innovation platform that fosters professional talent and supports employment, start-up, and settlement through more specialized and advanced education.

Daegu Oriental Medicine University will continue to develop and operate innovative educational programs to ensure the best efforts of fostering innovative talents that students are satisfied, the community is satisfied, and the state needs.
